What shipping methods do you offer?
- Within the Netherlands and Benelux we ship with POSTNL.
- UPS Express with an approximate delivery time of 4-6 business days.
- Some none EU countries are shipped with DHL Priority Express with an approximate delivery time of 5 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After dispatch, your order will arrive within 1 business day in the Benelux and 4-6 business days for other EU countries.
Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow between 1-3 business day for processing. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch.
When will my order be shipped?
Normally orders are dispatched 2-4 business days after order is confirmed.
Will Sun’s Out Swim pay for the tax/customs duties outside EU?
Suns Out Swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please note that EU orders are not subject to pay tax/customs duties. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of duties may be necessary to release your order if charges do incur.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you would like to make a change to your order it’s very important to do it as quick as possible. Once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make changes. Generally it’s possible to make a change within 6 hours.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Depending on the shipping service you have selected, after dispatch your order will arrive within 4-6 business days.
My parcel is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, what should I do?
At times delays can occur which are outside Sun’s Out Swim control, and which we are not responsible for. If you have a delayed parcel please reach out to the shipping carrier initially with your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information. Following this the customer care team can assist with any unanswered questions.

The best thing to do is to reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for delivery and quote your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information. Let us know about the situation and we can figure out how we can help.

What is our return policy?
We accept bikinis purchased from sunsoutswim.com in new condition with tags and liners in tact for full refund. Return shipping is at customer expense. You have 14 days from the day you receive your items to send them back to us for refund. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for exchange. Sale items purchased with a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for exchange. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, We do not accept returns that are worn or are soiled/stained. The bikini must be send back in original/undamaged cotton mesh travel bag.
How do I return my item(s)?
You can easily initiate a return via email to returns@sunsoutswim.com and include your name and order number. Once your return is authorised, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and return address via email.
How do I get my refund?
Once your item(s) have arrived back to us, our return team will inspect the item(s). The moment our return team put green light on your return you'll get your refund notification via email within 4 business days.
Can I return Final Sale Items or Items purchased with a Discount Code?
All items marked as final sale, with a discount above 40%, have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Care team and review our size chart before placing your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.
Which items are exchangeable?
- Items purchased in the last 14 days.
- Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging.
- If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour we will cover the costs of sending the new item to you, if the item is available after we have received and processed your return.
Which items are non-exchangeable?
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Sale items including items purchased during flash sales with a code above 40%.
- Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained.
What to do if you experience issues with your items?
If there are any issues with your item please feel free to contact our Customer Care team. We will do whatever we can to help you.
What happens if your return is rejected by our returns team?
Any items received that are not in original condition, in packaging with hygienic liner in tact and tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately shipped back to you from our returns warehouse. We are unable to issue store credits on these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs will need to be covered.
